Its unique, chunky knit design ensures even weight distribution on your body that stimulates the production of serotonin, reduces cortisol and increases melatonin, which helps you sleep faster and longer.

The blanket is recommended to weigh around 10% of your body weight, this blanket weigh 15lbs and has a measurement of 40”x72”.

Suggested use
