Ingredients

Distilled water, 30% raw propolis
Free from alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerine, colourings and any other additives and preservatives.

Suggested use

If you’re new to raw propolis, start with one to two drops and gradually increase your dose. It can be taken on its own or diluted in a little water.

Shake well before each use.

Serving size: 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon). Take one serving a day on its own or in a little water. Consult your physician during pregnancy and breastfeeding before taking our raw propolis extract.
