The Conscious Bar Toasted Coconut blends rich cacao with naturally sweet dates and crisp toasted coconut flakes for a smooth chocolate bar with a tropical twist. Dates bring a soft, caramel-like sweetness, while cacao delivers deep cocoa flavour and naturally contains minerals such as magnesium and iron. Every bite is creamy, crunchy, and full of flavour, creating a simple, satisfying chocolate experience that's easy to enjoy any time of day.
Why The Conscious Bar is Healf
The Conscious Bar takes a different approach to chocolate, proving that indulgence doesn't have to come with a long list of refined ingredients. Instead of refined sugar, each bean-to-bar chocolate is sweetened with dates, bringing natural sweetness alongside fibre and naturally occurring nutrients, while cacao delivers a rich, intense flavour with a minimum of 72% cacao solids. By focusing on just a handful of premium ingredients, the brand creates chocolate that's simple, satisfying, and full of flavour—without unnecessary extras.
The Conscious Bar began with founder Yaniv Simpson's lifelong love of chocolate and one simple question: "What if chocolate could taste just as incredible—better even—but also serve as something that's actually good for me?" That question led him to reinvent chocolate using cacao and dates, creating a bean-to-bar recipe that delivers rich flavour without refined sugar. What started as a personal mission has grown into a brand dedicated to proving that indulgence and thoughtfully chosen ingredients can go hand in hand.
